Office Building Closure

Due to construction related to STWA's office improvement project, our office building will be closed beginning Monday, July 27, 2026.  Staff will be relocating to a temporary office at the current location, but public access will not be available.  Staff will remain available by phone and email.

Please Note:

• No in-person or window payments will be accepted during this time.
• Please use the new payment drop box located in our driveway.
• DO NOT deposit cash in the drop box.
• We encourage customers to pay online by credit/debit card at www.ricardowsc.com

We expect to move back to our office by late September and ask for your patience and understanding as we complete these improvements.
